Youth led a powerful conversation on fentanyl and opioid crisis solutions with community leaders and advocates.
The community program led by the Strong Mind Strong Body Foundation and Youth Community Journalism Institute, in collaboration with the Masonic Institute for the Developing Brain, Carmen Robles and Associates LLC, and Conversaciones de Salud, aims to make brain science fun, accessible, and actionable for communities traditionally underserved by mental health systems.
Opioid addiction is a reality many communities confront today. In partnership with Conversaciones de Salud, our Youth Community Journalism Institute leads a town hall conversation with national experts, community leaders, and affected families on solutions for the opioid crisis.
The program will be led in collaboration with Carmen Robles and Associates LLC and take place at partner organization, SPEAK MPLS, a community media center in Minneapolis.
